                               RESOLUTION NO. 18687
        
        
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
                   AN AGREEMENT WITH CBL ASSOCIATES RELATIVE TO
                   THE RELOCATION OF AN EXISTING SEWER AND SEWER
                   EASEMENT.

              	   BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby
         authorized to execute an agreement with CBL Associates relative 

         to the relocation of an existing sewer and sewer easement in a
         portion of Pine Grove Drive abandoned by Ordinance No. 8648 
upon
         terms and conditions approved by the City Engineer.
